Blantyre & Hamilton Edition
The Blantyre and Hamilton edition of the Community Matters is the oldest and original publication which was first produced in 2000 under the name of ‘Local Gossip’.
The paper remained known as this until 2005 when it changed its name to ‘Community Matters’ and expanded to include a further two editions distributed to other regeneration areas of South Lanarkshire.
The Blantyre and Hamilton edition has a total print run of 20,000. 18,500 are delivered to doors on a quarterly basis with a further 1500 copies being distributed to local stakeholders, voluntary organisations, and public buildings.
