IT Services and Training
We offer a diverse range of IT services, training and equipment hire and pride ourselves on our IT capabilities within Community Links.
IT Contracts
Commercial business and voluntary organisations can benefit from ICT maintenance and support on a contract basis. Contracts are tailor made to the needs and specifications of each individual organisation and can vary from basic ICT support to advance ICT co-ordination and facilitation .
PC Repairs
Our ICT Support staff at Community Links are professionally trained and provide PC installations to organisations and homes across South Lanarkshire. Please note that all PC issued by Community Links are covered by a year’s maintenance service and no charges will be attributed to the repair of such machines. Free repairs in certain circumstances will also be considered.
IT Software Functions
Trained in a huge range of software packages, staff at Community Links can assist with basic instruction and online e-mail set up to advanced PowerPoint presentations and professional Access Database creation.
Computer Training
IT training can be offered at basic, intermediate or advanced level in the following packages:

- SNAP Survey Software
- Quark Express
- Abode Photoshop
- Optionfinder Technologies (PPVote)
Desktop Publishing/Graphic Design
As well as training in Desktop publishing Community Links can also offer clients a graphic design service. This service covers basic functions such as poster creation through to more professional jobs such as Annual reports, animation creation and Logo design.
All training can be tailor made and in most cases can be offered on a group or one to one basis.
